Information We Collect

The contact form asks for name, email, phone, requested service and a short description. We may also receive information by phone, email, voicemail, calendar scheduling, documents you provide and records generated during accepted work.

How We Use Information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit and scope, prepare agreements, perform accepted assignments, communicate updates, prepare reports, invoice and maintain business records.

Communication and Reports

Routine communication may use the business Gmail account. Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted. Sensitive reports should be delivered through password-protected, expiring file links, with passwords communicated separately.

Sharing

Information is not sold. Information may be shared when needed to perform an accepted assignment, comply with applicable obligations, manage business operations or respond to a valid legal request.

Website Data

This website does not include advertising trackers. Server logs and Netlify form records may capture routine technical information such as time, IP address, browser information and form submission details.
